Here you see a photo of a derelict house in Ferring, which had some serious structural defects and had to be demolished. We were approached by the developer who bought the site and asked to design a new house for the site which would appeal to a young family. We designed the house, obtained planning permission and approval under the Building Regulations, and produced the image you see on the right to enable the developer to market the house ‘off-plan’.

Extension and Refurbishment in Worthing
This is an accurate, 3-D perspctive image that we produced as part of an extension and refurbishment project, to enable the client to visualise how the house would look once extended and altered. The original house was a fairly simple bungalow with a large rear garden, but with little appeal and an awkward layout from the rear. Using the client’s requirements for lifestyle and future use of the house, we produced a design which made a huge difference to how the house could be used, and a real improvement to the view from the garden.
House Extension in West Chiltington
Here are ‘before and after’ pictures of a chalet bungalow in West Chiltington which was purchased by a property developer. We were instructed to produce designs and apply for planning permission to extend and transform the house. Planning was granted without difficulty and work got underway. The finished house is more than double the size of the old house, with a luxurious interior and generously proportioned rooms. Also part of the project was a detached triple garage.
Two-Storey Extension in Sompting
Here are ‘before and after’ pictures of a house in Sompting, Lancing where the owner wanted to enlarge their kitchen, add two new bedrooms / study, en-suite bathroom, utility room and cloakroom. We designed the extensions and alterations, obtained planning permission and approval under the Building Regulations, and handed it all over for the owner to obtain quotes and instruct their builder. The result makes a huge difference to the house both internally and externally.
Cottage Extension and Renovation
Here are ‘before and after’ pictures of a small thatched cottage in West Chiltington which was purchased by a property developer with a view to extending and renovating it. We were asked to advise on what could be done in order to maximise value and appeal, and shortly after received an instruction to produce designs and obtain planning permission. Planning permission was granted, work got underway and shortly after completion the house was snapped up.
